Obadiah is one of the great adventures in the Bible. The events in the book took place in the area of Petra. You may have seen the Indiana Jones movie, “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.” The later scenes in the movie were filmed in this region. It is the story of the Edoms, the descendants of Esau, how they had turned away from God to trust in themselves and the consequences of their choices and lifestyle.
